It was a grand wedding at King Palace for Emily and Jeremie. A long but extremely fun wedding that started at 7AM and ended at 10PM…for me! The day started with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony at Emily’s house. Before Jeremie was allowed to see his bride, he had to endure some embarrassing games that was played out in front of everyone. He sang in Chinese (not knowing Chinese) with headphones on, eating Oreos with no hands, and confessing his love while doing pushups! After being successful, he was allowed to see his bride for the first time. Together with her, they proceeded to serve tea to their families. Their bridal photos were later done at the Sacramento State Capitol. I love doing photos there. The grounds are so vast, and every season is different. This time, it happened to be fall, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. The reception was later held at King Palace with a 10 course meal that was fit for a “King.” It was one big celebration with family and friends and featured one AMAZING desert bar that the maid of honor made herself! She also makes some incredible invitations and other crafts too! (I know…shameless plug for Mui =) ) Be sure to check her out at the link below. Emily and Jeremie were a great couple to work with and their fun-loving nature and laughter cracks me up every time. It was a great day that was surprisingly stress-free! Congratulations Emily and Jeremie!
A big thank you to all these people that helped make the day possible. If you were a vendor for this wedding, please contact me so that I can give you credit.
